My Favourite Wedding Dresses of SS18 so Far
Oops - I can't believe it's been over a month since I last blogged - I've had every intention of doing so but I've moved from Cyprus to Gibraltar and been settling into a new job in that time. Oh, and gallivanting about exploring my new surroundings; I'm sure I'll get round to telling you about that at some point!
We're getting married in August and there has been lots of planning going on for that, too. I haven't really written about it so far because I'd like some of the day to be a surprise for our guests, but I've been thinking about dresses a lot lately.
Finding 'The One'
Because I'm abroad, I decided to order a load of stuff online over Christmas whilst I was back in the UK, and try everything on in one go. I thought I'd got The One - but in the last few weeks I've been having doubts and so have been looking online again. Of course a lot of the new season stuff has been released now, so I've spent hours poring over web pages trying to see if there's anything I like more than the one I've already bought.
Actually - I have two dresses. I bought one from Lindy Bop not long after I got engaged. I love 1950s style swing dresses and it was only £25 so I decided I couldn't afford not to get that one. So I currently have two dresses (I'm not telling you about the other one yet, in case it's the one I stick with), which isn't a bad position to be in really - but I thought I'd share some of my other favourites from around the web (and no, my one isn't featured here)
